HOW IT WORKS

From portfolio upload
to closed job.

Five steps. The first four happen automatically.

01

Onboarding takes under 20 minutes.

You upload your portfolio

During setup, you upload 10–15 photos of your best completed projects. These become the visual reference for every design Render generates on your behalf. The more specific your portfolio — materials, color palettes, project scale — the more accurate the output.

Render's vision model reviews your uploads and flags any photos that won't condition well, so only your strongest work goes in.

02

One script tag. Works on any website.

The widget goes live on your site

Paste one line of code and the Render widget is live on your site. It works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or any custom-built site. No plugins, no developer required.

The widget is branded to your business. Homeowners see your name, your contact details, and a prompt to upload a photo of their outdoor space and tell you about their project.

03

Render coaches them through the process.

Homeowner uploads their yard and details

The homeowner uploads a photo of their backyard (or wherever the project is). Render's photo quality coaching reviews the image instantly and prompts them to retake it if the angle, lighting, or framing won't produce a good result.

They also fill in their project details — scope, rough budget, timeline, and what they're hoping for. This is the context that shapes the design generation and gives you the budget signal you need before ever picking up the phone.

04

Good, better, best — each at a different price tier.

Render generates 3 designs based on your work

Render combines the homeowner's photo and project details with your portfolio as the visual reference. The result: three design variations that look like your work — your materials, your style, your aesthetic — applied to their specific yard.

Each variation corresponds to a price tier: good, better, and best. The homeowner sees the visual difference between tiers, which helps them self-select their budget before the conversation starts.

05

Everything you need before the first call.

You get a qualified lead — ready to close

The moment the homeowner submits, you receive a notification with everything: their contact info, a photo of their yard, the three designs they saw, which tier they were most interested in, and their stated budget and project scope.

No more guessing. No more wasted site visits. You arrive knowing what they want, what they can spend, and — most importantly — that they've already seen your style and decided they want it.
